GRACO has developed a variety of properties ranging from Kingsgate Center, an upscale 330,000 square foot retail and office development in Lubbock, Texas, completed in 1989, to West End Center, a 500,000 square foot open-air center featuring such retailers as Costco, Cabela's, Nike Factory, Bone Daddy's, and Marshalls/HomeGoods. BROKERAGE & LEASING
GRACO has successfully negotiated leases with companies such as Nike, Costco, Cabela's, The Gap, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Talbots, Jos. A. Bank, Pei Wei, BJ's, Chuy's, Red Robin, Chipotle, and Sheraton Hotels. Leasing has always been an area in which GRACO has excelled, with a proven track record of leasing commercial properties and performing brokerage services. GRACO's experienced leasing and brokerage staff has allowed GRACO properties to consistently operate at high occupancy levels.
