Wimbledill at West End: Benefit Tournament

We believe in the magic of uniting people through sports. This tournament is not just about striking the ball and scoring points, but also about playing a part in a greater cause. Whether you're a seasoned player or just getting started, there's a place for you on the court.

Why Play for a Cause?

All proceeds from this event will go directly to Covenant Children's Hospital, to fund and initiate a new program called, "Coming Up Rosies". This program will bring hope and smiles to kids of all ages and medical conditions at CCH. Your participation and contribution will make a tangible difference in the lives of so many!

Game Play:

All matches will score to 11 points by 2 and will be 12 minutes of regular play. If the match has not ended at 12 minutes, rally scoring will begin.  In rally scoring, a point is scored on every single rally—regardless of who serves the pickleball. If the serving team loses the rally, then the receiving team will win a point and the receiving team will win the serve. To note, there is no second server (so the score will only be two numbers—the serving team score and the receiving team score—and there will be no third number for the server number). This method will ensure that all teams have ample playing time, and the tournament can conclude within a reasonable timeframe.

Match schedule will be sent to all players, and posted here, the week of the tournament!
