GRACO Real Estate Welcomes Beth Bridges as New Property Manager

LUBBOCK, TX – GRACO Real Estate Development, Inc., is proud to announce the appointment of Beth Bridges as its new Property Manager, strengthening the company’s commitment to best-in-class operations, service, and asset performance across its commercial portfolio.
A seasoned professional, Beth brings over two decades of experience in retail property leadership and community engagement. Beth most recently served as Senior General Manager at South Plains Mall in Lubbock, Texas. During her 25-year tenure, she earned recognition for her leadership and community service—most notably receiving the YWCA’s prestigious “Women of Excellence” award in 2022. Beth has consistently demonstrated her commitment to the Lubbock community, both professionally and personally. She is active in local civic groups and widely respected for her leadership expertise and organizational stewardship. Amongst others, she currently serves as a member of the Lubbock ISD Board of Trustees, as well as Vice Chairman of the LEPAA Board of Directors.
In her new role, Beth will oversee daily property operations, tenant relationships, capital planning, and asset management. She will work closely with leasing and development teams to drive occupancy, streamline procedures, and enhance long-term asset value.
